Menasina saaru ( malnaadu style)
Ingredients
Grated fresh coconut( kayi turi)—1/2 cup
Grated kobbari ( dry copra)—1/2 cup
Grated kobbari ( dry copra)—1/2 cup
Menasina saaru pudi—2 tablespoon

Salt —to taste
Curry leaves (karibevu//kadipatta)—few
Water— 2 to 3cups
Method
In a mixer grinder jar grind fresh grated coconut,kobbari,menasina saarina pudi to a smooth fine paste,adding little water.
Transfer the ground masala paste to a vessel,add water,karibevu,salt and keep it for boiling on medium flame.
Let it boil and keep stirring.
Once boiled well switch off the stove..
Note;; no need for oggarane (seasoning) for this saaru.
This is a typical malnaadu traditional recipe.
Serve hot with hot rice with ghee.
