Menasina saaru pudi( black pepper corns rasam powder)

Ingredients 

Channa dhal (kadale belle)—1 cup
Urad dhal (uddina belle)—1 cup
Black pepper corns—3/4 cup
Curry leaves (karibevu/kadipatta)—1 cup
Jeera (jeerige//cumin)—2 tablespoon 
Coriander seeds (dhania//kothambari bija)—1 tablespoon 
Hing//asafoetida—1 teaspoon 

Method 

Dry roast channa dhal on medium heat until it turns brown. .
Also dry roast urad dhal also till it turns to light brown.
Finally mix together jeera,dhania,black pepper corn,asafoetida,and dry roast till crisp and they become aromatic.
Dry roast curry leaves until crisp.

Cool the roasted ingredients completely and combine together.
Transfer all the ingredients to mixer jar and grind to fine powder.
Cool and store in airtight container.
