Jeerige lehya ( jeera //cumin lehyam)

Ingredients 

Jeera (jeerige// cumin seeds)—1 cup
Black dried grapes ( black raisins // drakshi)—1 cup
Jaggery powder ( Bella//gud)—1 cup
Ginger fresh ( shunti)—1 small piece 
Herale kayi ( citron fruit) —2   
Ghee —2 tablespoon 

Method 

Dry roast jeera seeds  on medium heat and cool .
Make a fine powder in a mixer jar and keep ready.

 Note
You can use roasted jeera powder of any brand 

In the same mixer jar take grapes,jaggery powder,and ginger ,blend everything into a paste.

Squeeze juice from herale kayi ,strain and keep.

Now take a thick bottomed kadai or non stick pan,transfer jeera powder,ground paste,citron juice.
Keep stirring everything on medium  low flame.
Add ghee also.

Keep stirring till well mixed and thickens.
Switch off the flame  
It hardly takes 10 minutes ,it will come out like a soft ball when you take out in hand 
Transfer to a air tight container 
 Now  home made  ayurvedic jeerige lehya is ready to consume.
