Instant carrot dosa ( didir carrot dose)

Method
Wash and grate the carrots.
Transfer all the ingredients into the mixer grinder jar and grind to smooth batter.
Add water as required.
Transfer the batter into a mixing bowl and mix well.
Cover and keep it aside for five minutes.
Now heat the dosa tava ,on medium heat.
Once hot enough pour a laddle full of batter and lightly spread it in circular motion.
Drizzle little oil.
Close the lid and cook till it turns crispy and light brown in colour.
Remove and serve hot with chutney or chutney powder.
