Tuppa balehannu ( Rasayana)
Ingredients
Banana ( balehannu//kela )—ripped ones—6 to 7
Fresh grated coconut ( kayi turi//nariyal)—1/2 cup
Jaggery powder (Bella//gud)—1/4 cup
Ghee—( tuppa)—1 tablespoon
Honey —1 tablespoon
Ground elaichi ( ellaki //cardamom) powder—1 tablespoon
Method
Peel and chop (slice ) bananas .
Transfer into a bowl.
Add all the other ingredients into it ,mix well together.
Tuppa balehannu is ready to serve.
This is a special offering prepared as naivedya .
Note ;;
Use ripe bananas and fresh grated coconut.
You can adjust jaggery powder and coconut according to your taste.
