Eggless chocolate cake without oven
Ingredients
Maida ( all purpose flour)—1 cup
Cocoa powder—2 tablespoon
Baking powder—1 teaspoon
Baking soda—1/2 teaspoon
Sugar—1/2 cup
Milk—1 cup
Refined cooking oil—1/4 cup
Method
Firstly sieve maida,cocoa powder,baking powder and soda together into a mixing bowl .
Mix well together .
Add sugar and mix everything well.
Then add oil and fold in.
Finally add milk gradually and mix well to prepare a smooth lump free batter.
Mix using the cut and fold method.
Grease the tin or pan with butter or oil and dust with maida.
Or you can also line with baking or parchment paper by greasing it.
Now pour the prepared batter into it and pat twice to remove any air bubbles.
Preheat the kadai or pan for 15 minutes by placing a stand in the centre.
Place the tin in the kadai cover with a lid.
Cook on low medium flame for 30 to 40 minutes or until the tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Remove and let it cool completely.
Now prepare for chocolate frosting
Firstly take 100 gram’s of dark chocolate pieces in a bowl add 3 to 4 tablespoon of milk ,melt it on a double boiler method stirring continuously.
Add one tablespoon of butter and stir well.
Take out from fire.
Beat the mixture to smooth and spreadable.
Spread generously on the cooled cake.
Let it cool
Or else you can keep in fridge to set completely.
Delicious cake is ready .
