China grass cocoa powder pudding

 


Ingredients

Plain china grass ( agar agar )—broken pieces—one big bowl 
( i have taken 3 strips of china grass around 15 grams)

Milk—3 cups + 1/2 cup
Sugar—1 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder—3 tablespoon 
Dark chocolate—1/2 cup ( optional) or choco chips 
Water ( hot )—-2 cups

Method 

Mix cocoa powder in 1/2 cup of milk well without lumps.

Soak china grass pieces in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.
 After 10 minutes heat it up ,keep stirring until it is completely dissolved and water looks clear.

Then take milk in a pan and let it boil .keep stirring on medium flame.
Once its comes to boil add sugar,and stir well .

Next add the cocoa powder mixture,stir well.
Add in chocolate and stir on low flame.

Finally pour china grass mixture and mix until it’s completely dissolved.
Let it comes to one boil.
Switch off the stove.

Pour into moulds or an container.
Let it cool completely.
Then keep in fridge for 2 to 3 hours or until completely set.
De mould and serve delicious pudding.
