Pumpkin pie

 


Ingredients

Pumpkin—1 small ( or 2 cups puree)
Pie dish—( crust)great value ( brand name)—1 
Condensed milk—1 can
Heavy cream—1/4 cup
Corn flour—2 tablespoon 
Ginger (shunti//adarak) grated—1/2 teaspoon 
Nutmeg (jaiphal//jaikai) powder—1/2 teaspoon 
Cinnamon (dalchini) powder—1/2 teaspoon 
Cloves (lavanga//lavang) powder—1/4 teaspoon 

Method 

Steam cook pumpkin,and remove the skin ,blend it to make puree.

Pre heat oven to 400 F ( 200 C)

Prick pie dish with a fork.
Keep the pie dish to bake just for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Next in a mixing bowl add condensed milk,pumpkin purée,corn flour,ginger,cinnamon powder,nutmeg powder and cloves powder.
Whisk everything together until combined.
 Transfer this to the pie crust and spread evenly.

Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden.

Take out and let it cool.
Slice and enjoy delicious pumpkin pie.
