Oats banana muffins

 


Ingredients

Oats—3 cups
Banana ( fully riped) —3 big or 1 1/2 cup —purée 

Baking soda—1 1/2 teaspoon 
Baking powder— 3 teaspoon 
Salt—1/4 teaspoon ( or a pinch)
Sugar—1/2 cup ( brown)
Curd—1/4 cup
Oil—1/2 cup

Raisins ( drakshi//kishmish) —handfull ( or you can add walnuts)
Cocoa powder—2 tablespoon 

Method 

Blend bananas in a blender or mixer grinder jar to smooth puree along with sugar.

Take oats,baking powder,soda,salt,curd,oil,banana purée in a mixing bowl and mix everything together.
 Divide the batter into two equal portions.
Add cocoa powder to one portion and mix well.
To the other portion add raisins and mix well.
Pour the batter into cup cake moulds.

You can sprinkle some raisins and chocolate chips on top —( optional)
 
Bake for 15  to 18 minutes in a preheated oven 375 (F )  or until the tops of the muffins turn brown and a tooth pick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Take out from oven and let it cool on a wire rack.
