Instant liquid dough pizza on tava

 



Ingredients

Maida ( all purpose flour)—1 cup
Curd ( mosaru//dahi)—1 cup
Salt—1/2 teaspoon 
Sugar—1/2 teaspoon 
Baking powder—1 teaspoon 

Oil—1 teaspoon 
Non stick pan or tava.

Tomato ketchup ( or pizza sauce)
 Mozzarella cheese ( or any )
Black pepper powder
Chilli flakes 
Pizza seasoning ( optional)

Vegetables of your choice 

Onion—1 
Yellow,red,orange ,green capsicum,broccoli.
( you can take boiled sweet corn,black olives etc)

Method

Firstly chop all the vegetables.
 Next take  maida,sugar,salt,baking powder in a mixing bowl,add curd and whisk well.
Whisk well to make a semi thick flowing consistency batter.

Place the tava on low flame add 1 teaspoon of oil .
Grease the tava with oil.

Pour the batter on tava and spread to make little thick layer.
Close with a lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Base will be brown in colour,at this stage flip the pizza to another side.
 Switch off the stove.

Next spread ketchup .
Spread all the vegetables and sprinkle some chilli flakes and pepper powder.
Spread cheese on top of vegetables.
Sprinkle some more chilli flakes,black pepper powder and mix herbs if you have.

Now turn on the flame to low ,close the tava with a lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
After that remove the pizza and transfer it to a plate.
Slice and enjoy the delicious pizza.
