Black berry pannacota

 


Ingredients

Black berry fruit—( puree)—200gm
Milk—100 ml
Whipping cream—300 ml
Sugar—1/4 cup
Gelatin powder—1 tablespoon 
Cold water—40ml

Method 

Blend the black  berries in a blender or mixer grinder jar to smooth purée.

Sieve through a strainer to remove seeds.

Mix gelatin powder in cold water and set it aside for 10 minutes to bloom.

Take milk,whipping cream,sugar in a saucepan and cook over  low medium heat until the mixture comes to almost boil.

Take the mixture off the  heat add in bloomed gelatin mixture and mix then add black berry puree and mix well together .

Next gently pour the mixture into individual serving bowls,or glasses.
Refrigerate for at least for 3 to 4 hours or until set.

Next double boil chocolate along with little butter and pour over set pannacota.( optional)
Again chill for some more time .
don’t keep for long.
Smooth silky creamy pannacota is ready to serve .
