Instant rice flour dosa

 


Ingredients

Rice flour ( akki hittu//chawal atta)—1 cup
Water—2 1/2 cup
Finely chopped onion ( irulli//pyaz)—1/4 cup
Coriander leaves ( kothambari soppu//hara dhaniya)—finely chopped—2 tablespoon 
Curry leaves (karibevu//kadipatta)—finely chopped—few
Ginger (shunti//adarak)—grated—1 tablespoon 
Jeera (jeerige//cumin seeds)—1 tablespoon 
Red chilli flakes ( optional)—1 tablespoon or black pepper powder 
Salt—to taste

Method 

Firstly take rice flour and salt in the mixer grinder jar,add 2 cups of water and blend.
Then add rest of the water and blend again.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add rest of the ingredients and mix well together.
The batter will be watery.

Heat a iron or nonstick tava.
Grease the tava.
Sprinkle little water and when it’s stops sizzling wipe well.

Then pour the batter evenly all over hot tava.
Drizzle some oil over the dosa and around.
Cover and cook till it turns to light brown colour and crisp.

Remove from tava and serve immediately with chutney.

Repeat the same procedure for remaining batter and every time mix batter well before pouring.
