Green grapes mosaru gojju

 


Ingredients

Green grapes ( drakshi hannu)—2 cups
Fresh grated coconut ( nariyal//kayi turi)—1 cup
Jeerige ( jeera//cumin seeds)—1/2 teaspoon 
Sasive (mustard seeds//rai)—1/2 teaspoon 
Green chillies ( hasiru menasina kayi//hari mirch)—1 or 2 ( i have used less spice green chillies)
Thick curd ( mosaru//dahi)—2 cups or as required 
Salt—to taste 
Sugar—1 teaspoon 

Method 

Firstly wash grapes, and chop into small pieces or slit them.

Grind coconut,green chillies,jeerige,sasive,salt,sugar in a mixer grinder jar to a coarse mixture without adding water.

Take the chopped grapes in a bowl,add ground mixture,curd and mix well together with your hands.

Then prepare for seasoning (oggarane)

Heat  one tablespoon of ghee in a laddle,once hot add one teaspoon of mustard seeds (sasive.//.rai) jeerige (jeera//cumin seeds)each .
When it crackles add one broken  red chilli and few curry leaves (karibevu//kadipatta).

Pour over gojju and mix well.

Serve with rice or pulao.
