Custard powder pudding

 


Ingredients 

Boiled cooled milk—500 ml ( 1/2 litre)
Custard powder—1/2 cup
Sugar—5 tablespoon 
Ghee or butter—1 teaspoon 

Method 

Firstly add custard powder to the milk and whisk completely.
Take this custard powder mix milk in a saucepan,add sugar.
Place on stove and boil on low medium flame stirring continuously.
When it starts thickening add ghee and mix well.
It thickens within 2 to 3 minutes.
Do not over cook.
Pour into a greased bowl and let it cool completely.
Keep it in the refrigerator to set for 2 to 3 hours or until set.
Once it’s set unmould and serve .
