Chocolate mousse cake

 


Ingredients 

Milk—1 litre
Corn flour —1/2 cup
Cocoa powder—1/4 cup
Whipping cream—3/4 cup
Dark chocolate—1/2 cup
Sugar—1/2 cup

Method 

Whisk milk,cocoa powder,cream,sugar ,corn flour in a pan.
Mix well together until well combined.
Cook it on low flame.
Add in dark chocolate pieces  and mix well to dissolve completely and keep stirring continuously.
Bring it to boil until thick consistency is reached.
Pour into greased mould or you can line the mould with parchment paper.
Let it cool completely.
Keep in the fridge and chill for  6 to 7 hours or overnight 
.
Take out of the mould and sprinkle it with cocoa powder.
Cut into slices by warming the knife
