Mango salsa recipe

 



Ingredients 

Mango fruit —1 ( ripe fruit)
Tomato—1
Onion (irulli// pyaz )—1/2
Green chilli—1 
Coriander leaves (kothambari soppu//hara  dhaniya)—handfull 
Lemon—1/2 
Salt—to taste.

Method 

Wash the mango fruit and chop fruit .
Transfer mango pulp and all other ingredients into a food processor and blend to smooth purée.
Transfer to a bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips,nachos.
