Jack fruit ( halasina hannu) ice cream

 


Ingredients 

Fresh cream—2 cups ( I have used Amul cream)
Condensed  milk ( milk maid)—3/4 cup
Fresh jack  fruit (halasina hannu)—15 bulbs.
Finely Chopped jack fruit pieces(chunks)—from 4 to 5 bulbs.

Method 

Blend the jack fruit bulbs in a mixer grinder jar or blender to a smooth paste without adding water.

Whip the cream using a electric blender,until soft and fluffy and thickens.
Do not over beat.
Add the condensed milk and beat for few minutes or mix well with a spoon.
Add in jack fruit paste and mix well.
Finally add jack fruit chunks and mix well together.
Pour the combined mixture into a mould or container and freeze till the ice  cream is set.
Once set serve the delicious ice cream.
