Chocolate ice cream ( no cooking)

 


Ingredients 

Milk maid(  sweetened condensed milk)—1 tin
Heavy  fresh whipping cream ( i have used amul cream)—2 cups
Cocoa powder—1/2 cup

Method 

Take cream in a large bowl,whip until stiff peaks form with a blender.
( do not over beat)
Now add condensed milk and whip for a minute on low speed.

Finally add cocoa powder and beat until well incorporated ( this you can do with a spatula also).

Pour into a container and cover  or  plastic box and freeze for at least for 6 hours or overnight.
Tasty soft ice cream is ready .
