White chocolate pudding

 

Ingredients 

Milk—1 1/2 cup ( full cream milk)
Corn flour—1/3 cup
Sugar—1/4 cup
White chocolate—1/2 cup
Vanilla essence (extract)—1/2 teaspoon 


Method 

Take corn flour in a bowl,add 1/2 cup of milk ,mix well until lump free.
Keep it aside.
Chop the chocolate to small  pieces and keep it ready too.
Take 1 cup of milk in a pan or sauce pan,add in sugar and let it boil on medium flame.
Keep stirring continuously.
When milk starts boiling add in chopped white chocolate  into it,mix well.

After the chocolate is dissolved completely then add the corn flour mixture slowly,keep stirring.
Milk will start to thicken.
Switch off the stove.
Add in vanilla extract and mix well.
Pour into  greased moulds .
Let it cool completely.

Refrigerate for few hours and serve with chopped chocolate or chopped fruits or dry fruits of your choice.
