Easy quick chocolate mousse

 

Ingredients 

Dark chocolate—1/2 cup
Whipping cream—1 cup

Method 

Firstly chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Then transfer the chopped chocolate into a bowl and then melt on a double boiler on medium flame 
Stir chocolate until melted .
Turn off the heat and keep it aside 

Then beat the cream using an electric beater in a separate bowl until soft peak forms.

Add the melted chocolate into the whipped cream and continue to  beat until  the melted chocolate is mixed properly,for a few minutes.
Then mix well using a spoon or spatula.

Then transfer the mousse into serving moulds.
You can also transfer the mousse into a pipping bag and pipe into moulds.( this is just to make look good).
Sprinkle (dust) some cocoa powder on top.(optional) or with some grated chocolate.

Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve cold
