Chocolate pannacota
Ingredients
Dark chocolate—150 gms
Fresh thick cream( 25% fat)—1 1/4 cup
Milk (full cream /4% fat)—3/4 cup (I have taken amul full cream)
Sugar—3 tablespoon
Vanilla extract (essence)—1 teaspoon
Gelatin powder—2 teaspoons
Water( normal) —2 tablespoon
Oil or ghee —for greasing moulds ( cup or glass)
Salt—small pinch
Method
Firstly grease the moulds and keep it ready.
Soak the gelatin powder in water and keep it aside for 10 minutes to swell completely.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Now pour milk,cream and sugar into a pan ,and bring it to one boil on medium flame constantly stirring.
Remove from stove, and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add in vanilla essence,salt,chopped chocolate pieces and whisk(stir) until chocolate is completely melted.
Add in gelatin soaked and whisk until dissolved completely.
Pour the mixture in the greased moulds and refrigerate to set for about 4 to 5 hours .
Dip the moulds into a bowl of warm water for a few seconds,run a sharp knife around the edges carefully and invert onto a serving plate.
Now rich,silky,creamy,delicious pannacota is ready to serve.
You can garnish with grated white chocolate or pour chocolate syrup on top and enjoy.
