Multipurpose herbal health drink powder

 


Ingredients 

Menthya kaalu (methi dana// fenugreek seeds)—1 cup
Om kaalu (ajwain// carom seeds//caraway seeds//oma)—1/2 cup
Jeera (jeerige//cumin seeds)—1/4 cup
Kari jeerige( kalonji seeds// black jeera//nigella//onion seeds)—1/3cup
Flax seeds( agase bija//linseed)—1/4 cup
Saunf seeds ( sompu kaalu// fennel seeds)—1/4 cup

Method 

Dry roast menthya seeds in a non stick pan or kadai on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or till it turns to brown colour.
Dry roast all other ingredients ( spices) together for 4 to 5 minutes.

Or you can roast all the spices  in microwave for 3 minutes  or till you get a roasted aroma.

Remove from pan and transfer to a plate or bowl.

Combine  all the ingredients together well .
Let it cool.
Blend in a mixer grinder jar to a smooth powder.
Store in an airtight container.

Take 1 teaspoon of powder after meal  or any time .
You can also mix with hot water and drink.

It’s a multi purpose powder which is beneficial in various stomach realated problems,easy bowel movement,nausea,body pain, cholesterol control,and many more.

It can be used as a mouth fresher.
