Bellada coffee( jaggery coffee) malnaadu style /coffee latte

 




Ingredients 

Water—1 cup
Filter coffee powder ( without chicory powder)—3 tablespoon 
Jaggery powder ( Bella da pudi//gud)—3 teaspoon 
Boiled full cream milk—1 to 11/2 cups
Coffee filter

Method 

Firstly add coffee powder on the upper part of the coffee filter.

Boil water along with jaggery powder in a sauce pan,once boiled pour into the filter and close the lid.
The coffee decoction will drip and will be collected in lower part of the filter.

Now boil the milk in the sauce pan.
Add the Decoction to boiled milk and mix properly.

Note

Milk can be adjusted according to your taste.
If  both milk and decoction is hot,you can serve by just mixing it.
Otherwise you can place mixed coffee over flame for few more minutes to make it hot.

Switch off the stove and pour coffee to the mugs .

Now malnaadu style bellada coffee is ready to drink .
