Bale hannu avalakki panchamrutha


Ingredients 

Banana (bale hannu//kela)—2 
Fresh grated coconut (kayi Turi)—2 tablespoon 
Jaggery powder (Bella//gud)—3 tablespoon 
Honey—1 tablespoon 
Cardamom powder (ellaki//elaichi)—1 tablespoon 
thick avalakki (poha//beaten rice flakes)—2 tablespoon 

Method 

Chop bale hannu into small pieces.
Wash avalakki in water 2 to 3 times and drain water.

Transfer all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well together.
This panchmurtha is served during festivals as naivedya in temple.
