Bale hannina (banana) rasayana temple style
Ingredients
Banana ( bale hannu //kela)—2
Fresh grated coconut ( kayi turi//nariyal)—2 tablespoon
Jaggery powder (Bella//gud)—2 tablespoon
Honey —1 tablespoon
Ghee(tuppa)—2 teaspoon
Kempu kallu sakkare (red candy sugar//mishri)—small piece
Raisins (drakshi)—20
Cashews nuts (godambi)—5 to 6
Badam (badami//almonds)—5
Cardamom pods (ellaki//elaichi)—2
You can also add karjura( dates) either fresh or dried ones.
Method
Chop badami,and cashews into small pieces
Crush kallu sakkare into small pieces.
Powder cardamom.
Chop bale hannu (banana) into small pieces.
Transfer into a bowl.
Add all the other ingredients into it,mix well with hands.
Rasayana is ready for offering
