Mango mousse



Ingredients 

Mango puree( pulp)—1 cup
Fresh cream—200 ml ( either medium fat or full fat)
Milk maid ( condensed milk)—1/3 cup
Vanilla essence—1 teaspoon 

Method 

Wash the mangoes,peel the skin and chopp them,blend till smooth either in a mixer grinder jar or blender.

Take cream in a bowl ,beat till soft and fluffy.
You can use either Electric beater or whip with a wired whisk manually.

I have used electric beater.
Ensure not to over beat the cream.

Add in condensed milk and  fold  It  into the cream manually.

Save some of the whipped cream in a separate bowl to use it later for topping.

Now add mango puree  in portions and fold it into the cream and Add vanilla extract Also.
Fold it until well combined.

Pour the mousse mixture into dessert glasses or cups .
Cover and Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours .

Garnish with Finely chopped  mango fruit,whipped cream.

Now enjoy the delicious mango mousse.
