Mango ice-cream

Ingredients 

Mango puree— 1 cup
Fresh cream (chilled)—200 ml ( 1 cup)
Condensed milk ( milk maid)—1/2 cup
Cardamom powder (ellaki//elaichi pudi)—1 tablespoon 
Lemon juice—1/2 lemon 
Dry fruits of your choice for garnishing 

Method 

Wash the mangoes,peel the skin and chop the fruit.
Blend in blender or mixer grinder jar to a smooth purée without adding water.

Whip the cream using a hand  Mixer or electric blender ,until soft and fluffy.
Do not over beat.
Add the mango puree and condensed milk to the whipped cream and mix for 1 minute or until they are well combined.
Add cardamom powder and lemon juice,mix well.

Pour the combined mixture into a mould or container and freeze till the ice -cream is set .

Once set ,take out of the freezer and scoop and serve with dry fruits topping.
