Instant dosa ( kadarida dose)


Ingredients 

Rice flour ( akki hittu)—1/2 cup
Medium  Rave ( semolina//uppittu rave//Upma sooji)—1/2 cup
 Wheat flour ( atta//godhi hittu)—1 cup
Salt —to taste 
Water—nearly 3 cups 

Method 

Mix together rice flour,sooji,wheat flour,salt in a bowl.
Add water little by little and whisk the batter.
Make sure there are no lumps.
The consistency  should be like dosa Batter.
Cover and keep it aside for 1/2 hour to one hour.

To prepare dosa

Heat iron Tava or dosa Skillet on medium heat.
Grease the tava.
   
Once hot enough,sprinkle little water on tava ,water  sizzles and evaporates.
Now lower the flame to low and pour a laddle full of batter in the centre and spread  in circular motion.
Sprinkle oil  on the dosa and around edges.

Cook on medium flame, until dosa turns crisp and golden brown.
Remove the dosa from tava.
  Serve hot with chutney or alugedde irulli palya.
