Health drink



Ingredients 

Lotus seed( phool makhana/puffed fox nut)—100 grams
Almonds ( badam/badami)—1/2 cup
Saunf seeds(fennel seeds/sompu kaalu)—1/2 cup
White til seeds(sesame/bili yellu)—1/2cup
Ghasghase (poppyseeds/khus khus)—1/4 cup

You can  even add cashew nuts(godambi), walnut,pistachio,cloves(lavanga) and cardamom pods (Ellaki//elaichi),saffron strands to this health drink powder 
If you want to take in smaller  quantity 
Lotus seed—10
Almonds—4 
Saunf seeds—1/2 teaspoon 
White til—1/2 teaspoon 
Ghasghase—1/4 teaspoon 

Method 

Mix everything together and powder coarsely in a mixer grinder jar.
You can store in refrigerator.
How to drink
Boil a glass of milk and add 2 teaspoon of the above powder cover and keep it for 1/2 hour .
Drink it after dinner or you can drink in morning.
You can also drink with hot water if you don’t like milk.

This drink can be consumed by all age groups as it supposed to give many health benefits 
Note: pregnant ladies avoid adding white til to the powder
It’s beneficial in  arthritis, joint problems, as lotus seed is rich in calcium.
