Churmuri and tomato//cucumber masala slice chaat
Ingredients
Mandakki puri (puffed rice)—3 cups
Grated carrot——1/2 cup
Chopped tomatoes—3 tablespoon
Chopped onions—4 tablespoon
Oil——2 tablespoon
Congress kadale kayi bija—1/4 cup
Mavina kayi (raw mango) pieces finely cut -3 tablespoon
Lemon (nimbe hannu)—1
Chopped coriander leaves ( kothambari soppu)—2 tablespoon
Salt —to taste.
Ingredients for green masala paste
Green chillies(hasiru menasina kayi)—6 to 7
Garlic pod( belluli)—1
Chopped coriander leaves (kothambari soppu)—handfull
Method
Grind green chillies,garlic and coriander leaves to a thick paste in a mixer grinder jar or in a churner. You can add little water to grind.
You can add fried peanuts,instead of congress kadale kayi bija. You can sprinkle sev along with mandakki.
There is no perfect measurements for these recipes,you can add according to your taste and spice level.
Take a big mixing bowl,add mandakki puri,add chopped onions,tomatoes,grated carrot,mavina kayi,kothambari soppu,congress kadale kayi bija,salt,oil. Mix everything well
Squeeze lemon juice and mix. Give a quick stir.
Serve it immediately as it can get soggy with time.

Method to make tomato and cucumber slice chaat
Cut the tomatoes to round discs(slices)and cucumber into long slices( or even you can cut to round slices)
Place these slices on a serving plate.
Mix carrot,tomato,onion,mavina kayi together.
First apply green chutney on each slices.
Top it with mixed carrot,onion,mavina kayi,tomatoes,coriander leaves
Top it with congress kadale kayi bija.
Generously sprinkle mandakki.
Squeeze lemon juice.
Serve immediately.
