Banana jaggery bread ( without oven)

Ingredients

Wheat flour( atta//godhi  hittu)—1 .5 cups
Ripe  banana—2
Jaggery powder—3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon 
Oil—1/2 cup
Milk—1/4 cup
Baking powder—1 teaspoon 
Baking soda—1/2 teaspoon 
Cinnamon (dalchini) powder—1/2 teaspoon 
Raisins (drakshi)—1/4 cup


You also need rectangular cake tin,parchment or butter paper.,trivet stand ,cooker or any thick bottomed vessel  or thick  bottomed kadai With lid.

Method 

Take the banana pieces,jaggery powder,milk,oil together in a mixer grinder jar and blend to a smooth paste.
 Transfer to a bowl.

Now sieve the wheat flour,baking soda,baking powder,cinnamon powder into the same bowl with blended banana mixture.

Fold the mixture well until everything combines .
Add in raisins and mix well

Now place the parchment paper in the cake tin and brush with oil.

 pour the mixture to the greased cake tin.
Tap well 
Put some raisins on top .

Now preheat the cooker or vessel for 6 to 7 minutes.

Place the cake tin inside.
Let it cook for 35 -40 minutes ( or till done) on medium low flame.

To check insert a knife or tooth pick ,it should come out clean without any crumbs stuck.

Remove from vessel immediately and allow it to cool completely.

Then cut into slices.
