Tomato juice

Ingredients 

Tomatoes—6 medium sized Chopped 

Lemon (nimbe hannu)—1/2 (Squeeze juice)
Pudina leaves—10 leaves 
Ginger (shunti)—small piece 
Pepper powder—1/4 teaspoon 
Salt—a small pinch
Sugar—1/4 cup or to your taste.

Method 

Wash tomatoes,ginger,and pudina leaves.
Transfer All the ingredients and blend in a mixer grinder jar  until smooth or pass through a juicer and collect the juice.

If you are using mixer,strain the juice.
Add 1 cup of water if needed.

Pour into glasses and add ice cubes if desired.
Serve cold .
Serve immediately.
