Mavina kayi tambuli

Ingredients 

Mavina kayi ( green mango)—1 cup pieces
Curd (mosaru//dahi)—1 or 2 cups
Green chillies-(hasiru menasina kayi)—1 or 2 depending on sournes of mavina kayi.
Mustard seeds (sasive)—1 teaspoon 
Turmeric powder (arisina//haldi)—1/2 teaspoon 
Salt—1/2 teaspoon or to taste 

Note ;; you can add grated coconut—1 cup( optional)

Method

 wash and Chop mavina kayi into pieces ,no need to peel the skin.

Now grind mavina kayi,green chillies,mustard seeds,salt ,arisina in a mixer grinder jar to a coarse paste without adding water.
( if you are adding coconut grind it along with other ingredients)

Transfer to a bowl .
Add curd,mix well.

Now prepare for seasoning (oggarane)

Heat 1 teaspoon of ghee in a laddle,once hot add 1 teaspoon of sasive(mustard seeds),1/4 teaspoon menthya kaalu (fenugreek seeds),one split dry red chilli ,few curry leaves (karibevu//kadipatta).

Once done pour over mavina kayi tambuli and mix well.
It will be tangy , spicy dish.
Serve with rice.
