Kharbuja hannina panaka ( musk melon juice)

Ingredients 

Chopped karbuja pieces( musk melon)—15 to 20 ( or 1/4 part of fruit)
Jaggery powder ( Bella//gud)—3 tablespoon ( or sugar)
White or black pepper powder—1/2 teaspoon 
Cardamom pods ( ellaki//elaichi)—2 
Water—1 cup

Method 

Wash the kharbuja  Hannu.
Cut into 2 halves and remove the seeds with a spoon.

Don’t discard the seeds,Add a cup  Of water to it and squeeze the juice.And strain it .

Now peel the skin cut the fruit into long slices and cut them into small cubes.

Crush the cardamoms into powder.

Now transfer the Chopped fruits,jaggery powder,pepper powder and crushed cardamom into a mixer jar or blender.

Blend Till smooth.

Now add the Water which is strained from seeds,and mix well.

Pour into glasses and you can add ice cubes if desired.
Serve cold.
