Lehya ( home remedies)




Ingredients 

Pure honey—200 gms 
Green pumpkin seeds— 3 tablespoon 
White til seeds ( bili yellow //sesame seeds)—4 tablespoon 
Flax seeds— 8 tablespoon 
Raisins ( drakshi // dry grapes)— 3 tablespoon 

Method 

Take all the ingredients except honey in a mixer grinder jar and grind to a fine powder.
 ( no need to fry the ingredients)

Add honey to ground powder ,mix well.
Store the lehya ( paste ) in a glass container.

Consume 1 teaspoon of this paste before breakfast and dinner everyday.

Note 

If you are preparing in large quantity,store in refrigerator.
