Bengali Bappa doi recipe( steamed pudding)

Ingredients

Condensed milk—1 cup
Thick curd—1 cup
Milk—1 cup ( full cream )
Badam ( almonds) blanched—12 to 15 
Cashews—10 to 15
Pistachio—2 tablespoon 
Saffron (kesari) soaked in warm milk—1 big pinch
Cardamom pods—5 

Method 

Soak badam in hot water for a while and remove skin.
And chop them into pieces.
Powder the cardamoms 

Take a deep stainless bowl,add milk,curd and condensed milk together,whisk  together with an hand blender till  well blended.

Now add almonds,pistachios,cashews,saffron and powdered cardamom .
Cover with a plastic food wrap or aluminium foil

Now place the bowl inside pressure cooker or steamer  and pour water to the bottom of cooker.
Put the lid and steam for about 25 to 30 minutes on medium heat.
Once done take it out of the steamer and cool to room temperature.

Now chill in the refrigerator before serving
