Ginnu recipe


Ingredients 

Full cream milk—1/2 litre 
Kamadhenu brand milk ginnu powder —1 packet ( 100 grams )
Jaggery powder—1/2 cup
Elaichi or cardamom powder ( ellaki)—1 tablespoon 


Method 

Combine  all the above ingredients in a bowl .
Mix thoroughly without lumps.

Fill the pressure cooker or idli cooker base with water and keep the ginnu filled bowl inside pressure cooker and steam for 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat.


Later take out of  bowl from cooker and allow it to cool completely.

Now delicious ginnu is ready to serve.
