Ginger paste recipe

Ingredients

Ginger pieces chopped—2 cups
Oil—4 tablespoon 
Salt—2 teaspoon 
Turmeric powder—1/2 teaspoon 

Method 

Take fresh ginger .

Wash the ginger and dry them thoroughly.
No moisture should be there.
Roughly chop them.
Avoid fibrous ginger.
Now take chopped ginger in a mixer grinder jar and pulse it to a coarse paste 
Then add in salt and oil again grind it to a paste.
Finally add in turmeric powder and blend it into a smooth fine paste.
Store it in an airtight container or glass bottle in refrigerator and not outside.
