Badam milk powder recipe ( almond drink)


Ingredients

Badam ( almonds)—1 cup
Cashews ( godambi)—1/2 cup
Pistachios( pista )—1/4 cup
Cloves( lavanga)—5 to 6 
Cardamom pods ( ellaki//elaichi)—8 to 10
Kesari ( saffron//kesar)—a big pinch
Kallu sakkare ( red candy sugar //rock sugar //mishri )—-1 cup

Method 

Take a pan or kadai dry roast badam(almonds)cashews,pistachios cloves,cardamom on low flame.
Just roast for 5 minutes or till nuts turns crunchy.

Transfer to a bowl and let it cool completely.

Now transfer candy sugar to a mixer jar and grind to a fine powder.
Add in cooled nuts,kesar and blend to a fine powder.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container.

Now powder is ready to use.
 Put one spoon of badam milk powder to a cup of hot milk ,mix well and drink.
You can  serve cold badam milk also.

It’s a best natural healthy drink without any artificial flavour and colour.

NOTE
You can adjust the quantity of ingredients as per your taste and preference.
