Jeerige menasu pudi ( jeera black pepper powder)

Ingredients 

Jeerige ( jeera // cumin seeds)—1 cup
 Black pepper  corns ( menasu kaalu)—1/2 cup

Method 

Take both jeera and black pepper corns in a mixy jar together.
Grind it to coarse powder.
Transfer to a glass  or steel container and store.

Note : it can be used in many South Indian dishes like kattu saaru, khara pongal, Avarekaalu upittu and even in soup recipes.
