Veg noodles my style

Ingredients  for cooking noodles 

Plain Hakka noodles
Water —6 to 7 cups
Oil— 1 teaspoon
Salt —1 teaspoon

Cooking noodles

Boil water  in a pan along with salt and oil.

When water starts boiling  add noodles.

Cook till soft and drain water in a colander or sieve.


Wash the noodles in fresh water by placing the colander under fresh tap water .
Drain and keep aside.

Other ingredients 

Shredded cabbage—1 cup
Carrot sliced  —2
Beans — sliced diagonally 
Capsicum—sliced diagonally —2

Onions—sliced diagonally —1
Potatoes—sliced diagonally—-1 
Ginger and garlic finely chopped — 1 tablespoon 
Jeera pepper powder— 1 tablespoon 

Green chilli sauce—1  tablespoon 
Red chilli  sauce—1 tablespoon 

Soya sauce— 1 tablespoon 


Salt to taste.

Oil—4 tablespoons

Method  to make noodles.

Heat oil in a pan
Once  hot add ginger garlic and stir on medium flame for 1 minute.
Then add onions,keep stirring, then add all vegetables beans ,potatoes,carrots,capsicum,cabbage one by one all the time stirring continuously.
When veggies are done add all the sauces and jeera pepper powder.

Keep stirring.
Add boiled noodles and some salt .

Be careful while adding salt because all the sauces have salt already.

Keep on tossing till all veggies and sauces are mixed with noodles.
Now vegetable noodles is ready to serve.
Serve hot with tomato sauce
