Tomato onion gojju
Ingredients
Oil—4 teaspoon
Onion—2 medium sized
Tomatoes —6 to 7 medium sized
Red chilli powder ( menasina pudi or rasam powder) —1 to 2 tablespoon ( add According to sourness of tomatoes)
Jaggery — 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder —1/2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds —1 teaspoon
Jeera — 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves —few
Coriander leaves —1 tablespoon

Method
Take oil in a kadai when hot add mustard seeds,jeera,when it splutters add curry leaves and onion.
Fry till soft and onion changes to white colour in medium flame.
Then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,jaggery, sauté for 2 minutes’.
Add tomatoes and salt
Sauté in medium flame till tomatoes turn soft.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
