Red chutney for masala dosa

Ingredients 

Bydagi red chillies— 7 to 8( soak in 1 cup of water )
Garlic —2 cloves( optional)
Tamarind — small piece nearly marble size.
Salt— 1/2  teaspoon 
Hurigadale ( fried gram )— 1/4 cup
Fresh grated coconut—1/2 cup
Water 

Method 

Grind all the ingredients to a chutney consistency or paste with just enough water.
Now chutney is ready for dosa 

Transfer to a bowl
