Kayi chutney

Ingredients fresh 

Fresh grated coconut— 1 cup
Roasted gram( hurigadale)—2 tablespoon 
Tamarind—small piece 
Green chillies—1 to 2
Ginger —5 inches long piece 
Jaggery powder—1/2 teaspoon 
Salt 1/2 teaspoon or to taste 

Method 

Take all the ingredients transfer to a mixy jar and grind to a coarse  chutney with water.

Don’t grind it paste.

Transfer to a bowl.

Prepare for the seasoning ( oggarane )

Keep the laddle on the stove ,heat a tablespoon of pure ghee ,once hot add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, teaspoon of urad dhal,teaspoon of menthya seeds( methi ),pinch of asafoetida.


When it stops spluttering pour over chutney .
Mix well and serve
