Coconut chutney


Ingredients 

Fresh grated coconut—1 cup
Hurigadale ( roasted channa dhal )—1/2 cup
Green chillies —2 to 3
Ginger - a small piece
Curry leaves - 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves— 2 tablespoon
Tamarind- a little piece
Salt to taste

Seasoning ( oggarane)

Pure ghee-1 tablespoon 
Mustard seeds- 1 teaspoon 
Menthya seeds- 1 teaspoon 
Asafoetida- 1/2 teaspoon 

Method 

Grind all the ingredients together in a mixy with water to a chutney consistency.

Transfer to a bowl .

Heat a laddle when hot add mustard seeds add menthya seeds,asafoetida.when stops spluttering pour over chutney.
Mix well and serve.
