Bread rava veggies toast

Ingredients 

Semolina (sooji // rave )—1 cup
Curd( mosaru // dahi) —1/4 cup
Onion —1
Capsicum—1
Tomato—1
Carrot—1
Green chillies—2
Ginger( shunti)—1 tablespoon grated
Curry leaves(karibevu//kadipatta)—few
Coriander leaves( kothambari soppu)—2 tablespoon
Pepper and  jeera ( cumin seeds)powder( menasu jeerige pudi)-1 tablespoon 
Sugar—1 teaspoon
Salt to taste.
Butter

Method

Finelly chop onion.tomato.capsicum .curry leaves and coriander leaves.
grate carrot and ginger.and keep it  ready.

In a mixing bowl take semolina add salt,jeera pepper powder  and add curd. Mix well.
Combine all the other chopped ingredients mix well together.. Can add little water if needed.
Next toast bread slices on hot tawa by applying butter.
 Spread rava batter on toasted bread slice toast it over hot tava.
Once the rava side roasts well,flip to the other side
Roast till it turns golden and crisp.
