Bread besan toast

Ingredients 

Besan( kadale hittu// gram flour)— 1 cup
Onion—2 small
Tomatoes—2 small 
Green chillies— 3 small 
Ginger( shunti) — small piece 
Curry leaves(karibevu//kadipatta)—few 
Coriander leaves( kothambari soppu)—2 tablespoon 

Jeera( cumin seeds) and pepper powder( jeerige menasu kaalu pudi) —1 teaspoon 
Red chilli powder— 1 teaspoon 
Asafoetida—1 teaspoon 

Bread slices ( sand witch bread ) 

Garam masala powder—1/2 teaspoon 
Salt to taste.
Om ( Ajawain // caraway  seeds.) — 1/4 teaspoon 
 Turmeric( arisina// haldi) powder —1/4 teaspoon  

Method 

Finely chop onion,tomatoes,ginger.curry leaves,coriander leaves.

Take besan in a bowl mix all the other ingredients, mix well together properly. Adding little water.

Beat the batter well to make a thick batter.
Check for salt and spices.

Heat a pan add  butter toast all bread slices.

Dip each slice of the bread in the batter on one side.place them on hot tava.

On low heat toast until firm and bread comes off from tava.

Spoon the batter on the other side,just before flipping it.
Do it carefully.
Toast on the other side .
The toast turns golden
Serve hot toast right away .
