Boodugumbala kayi tirulu dosa( instant)
Raw rice—1 cup
Fresh grated coconut— 1/2 cup
Avalakki ( poha )—2 Tablespoon
Boodugumbala kayi tirulu(ashgourd pulp )—1/2 cup
Jeera pepper powder( jeerige menasu kaalu pudi)— 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste.

Method
Wash the rice and avalakki thrice in water and soak for 2 hours.
Remove the seeds from tirulu ( pulp).
Grind soaked rice,avalakki first without water and then add coconut grated,boodugumbala kayi tirulu,jeera pepper powder ,salt to a smooth paste in a mixy jar. Adding a little water .
The batter should not be too watery.
It has to be like regular dosa batter.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes
No need to ferment.
Now grease and heat the tava or skillet on medium heat.
Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on tava like regular dosa in circular motion.
Pour oil ,cover and cook.
Remove the lid and remove it.. from tava .
If u want you can cook on both the sides
Serve hot with chutney
